  • Accepted payment methods include UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (where available).

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or policy violations.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer shipping across India and select international locations.

  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery timelines are disclosed at checkout.

  • While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen events beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered products, within 7 days of receipt.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • No returns accepted on opened or used food/beverage items unless the product is defective.
