2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid domestic orders above ₹499.

  • For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹49–₹79 may apply depending on your location.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) charges (if available) may apply.

  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your order on our website or the courier partner’s tracking portal.


7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

In case of a delay or lost shipment:

  • Please contact us at info@beanofindia.com with your Order ID.

  • We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue promptly.

  • For lost or undelivered orders, we offer a free reshipment or full refund, depending on the situation.


8. International Orders – Customs & Duties

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by their respective countries.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs inspections.


9. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information or failure to receive, we will contact you to confirm the correct address. Re-shipping charges may apply.
