1. Return Eligibility

We strive to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the order.

  • You must provide a clear unboxing video starting from the opening of the sealed outer packaging.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  • If the product is opened or used.

  • If no unboxing video is provided.

  • If the return is initiated after the 5-day window.

  • For food/beverage items unless the product is damaged, expired, or wrongly delivered.


3. How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at info@beanofindia.com with:

    • Your Order ID

    • Reason for return

    • Attached unboxing video (clear and unedited)

  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.

  3. Once approved, we’ll arrange a return pickup (wherever serviceable) or guide you on return shipping.


4. Refunds

  • If your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • In case of COD orders, you will be asked to provide UPI or bank account details for the refund.


5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, leaking, expired, or wrong product, please email us within 24–48 hours of delivery with:

  • The unboxing video

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • Order details

We will offer a free replacement or refund after validation.
