2. Are your products organic and natural?

Yes! Our spices are 100% natural and organically sourced, primarily from Kerala. We focus on purity, flavor, and sustainability.

3. Do you sell in bulk or only retail?

Both. We offer:

  • Retail packs (100g, 250g, etc.) via our website and partner platforms

  • Wholesale & bulk orders for cafés, restaurants, resellers, and exporters

4. Can I place a custom or private label order?

Absolutely. We provide private labeling and custom formulation services for startups, retailers, and B2B customers.

5. How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery within India usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. International shipping timelines vary based on destination and customs.

6. Do you accept returns or refunds?

Yes. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

All our orders are shipped from our central warehouse located in Kerala, India, with nationwide and selected international coverage.
